Most of us grew up in an environment which featured fatty or processed meats along with foods which contained preservatives, chemicals, and additives. We ate what we were fed, usually convenience or frozen foods which were prepared in a processing plant.
As a result, we ingested the three most outlawed toxins, refined white sugar, refined white flour, and trans fats. It’s thought that if we stopped eating just one of the three, that doing so will make a healthier difference in our life, so make that a starting point.
