Living A Long Life By Finding That Elusive Fountain Of Youth

the fountain of youthSo is there that wishing well, that fountain of youth that many speak of, that magic potion or formula, something, anything that can provide us with eternal immunity from the ravages of life, the diseases of aging, forever promising us the secret to eternal youth.

This single topic has managed to spawn into it’s own industry that draws one to ponder, to pray, to find that answer. As a result, there’s been a myriad of books and television programs, movies, and tons of experts along with products, that maybe, just maybe, there is.

What everyone needs to do is lay down a foundation when it comes to passive aging, which leans heavily on the physical.

“Eat lots of broccoli and start juicing kale” “Get your vitamins A, D, and everything else in between” “Sweat it out, do your pilates on a daily basis” all proclaims the advice.

So for those who reach that certain age when they begin to decline, that age when growing older becomes a concern, that over 50 or so crowd, who begins to get those waves of anxiety and wrinkles, they respond by signing up for fitness memberships, go on another diet, all with variable success and difficulty when it comes to adherence.

Exercise along with eating well are important, but they appear that they’re just a smaller piece of a much larger behavioral pattern.
