The stripped effect is similar to what empty sugar has on your body, no value. Processed grain products also have the halo effect of being healthy, but what they include are excessive salt, empty sugar, and artificial ingredients.
Products such as white flour, white rice, white bread, noodles and pasta, store baked goods, packaged cookies, are all examples of processed grain food products to avoid.

Research shows that processed deli meat contributes greatly to aging and disease. Processed meats are those which has been salted, smoked, cured, and preserved heavily with chemicals to extend their shelf life.
Favorite dairy products such as processed milk and cheese which are pasteurized, means that they’ve been heated close to their boiling point, this to kill off bacteria.
The pasteurization process became common early in the 20th century, this because of the unsanitary conditions of the dairy farms back then, and have been carried on to modern day practice.
But what the pasteurization process also does is it kills off all the healthy digestive enzymes in the dairy, and the reason why most become lactose intolerant. The process also makes the majority of the calcium in the dairy useless.
What’s left as a result is plenty of milk sugar, which is known as lactose, which converts into sugar once inside your body. Also consider that most dairy cattle today are force-fed hormones and antibiotics.
This the reason why common milk that’s found on the grocer shelves adds no value to the human body, and some will claim as even being harmful for you, this because of its empty sugar content.
