What self improvement dictates is personal development, you the person continuing to get better everyday. What we need to accept first, is we’re responsible for everything that has and will ever happen to our lives. There’s no one else to blame.
The need for us to be accountable to the world, as we’re the end result of our current human being.
From the day we were born to right now, this very moment, we’re surrounded by negativity. Gravity wins as it bombards us constantly from every direction.
It begins with our parents, as it’s usually “the blind leading the blind.” They’re imperfect people themselves, who had a moment and we were born.
There are the teachers at school attempting to influence knowledge. Realize they’re also imperfect human beings with potential nurturing issues, complying to an antiquated educational system.
Our peers, mostly damaged from emotional trauma, can belittle and ridicule us in the playground and on the workforce.
We attempt to comply to these pressures, which results in emotional scars that just won‘t heal.
Why You’re Here Today
There are a thousand reasons why you’re still alive at this stage and present position in your life. One is your dire outlook and the lack of belief you have in yourself.
But a new journey begins with a single step. If wanting to improve your life, the first and most important imprint is accountability. To take full responsibility for your actions.
When taking this initial step of your journey towards the path to success, what’s important is to take complete liability of your decisions. The thoughts which led to where you currently are.
You need to stop blaming others for the state of your life, your current circumstances.
The things which happened in the past can’t be changed, removed, or altered. The past is done, your power is in the present and the future.
The Past Is History It’s Over
No matter how hard you try, how hard you struggle, complain, feel regret or rejected for what you’ve done in the past. You can’t change it.
You need to accept it occurred, and then build or learn from it. Eliminate the environmental circumstances of your desperate issues.
Once you take full responsibility, become culpable for your life along with all its circumstances, you’ll gain tremendous power.
What you then jump start is your current dormant life, and realize your full potential.
Always Take Complete Blame
Stop blaming others for your broken issues and outlook, as doing so will lead you to ruin.
The simple fact being, if others are responsible for your problems, then you have no say in changing them, all while they don’t care.
They have their own personal life issues to deal with, and are most likely blaming you for them anyways.
Once you finally realize you’re the only person who’s responsible for your life, and all of your faults, is when you’ll realize you’re the only one who can fix them.
This exhilarating feeling once you grasp control of your life and then accept it. You’ll no longer need to rely on others to fix you or your circumstances.
You can then regain full control of your life, and begin to direct your own destiny.
Begin By Motivating And Manipulating Yourself
If you’re attempting to manipulate environments, circumstances, or other people, you’ll never be in control of your life. There’s no way you can control everyone and everything.
What you can manipulate however, is the immediate world you live in as you see fit.
You can change your surroundings, the job you hate, your home, the people you interact with, and curve it to how you want it to be.
You Have Immense Power Within
Regardless of what faith or religion you may believe in, or if you don’t, what’s undeniable is there’s a greater force among us. Some call it fate or luck. This faith resides in all of us, regardless.
What this offers is the belief we have access to resources and infinite power beyond our control.
This infinite power is expressed in the physical world, through our decision making and our intentions.
Always Strive To Be Better
What most want is to better their lives. Many have this motivation however, but will never do anything about it. But once we connect to the “source,” whatever force you believe in, it can be life altering.
You wouldn’t have ambition or wanting to better yourself, if you thought it wasn’t possible to achieve them.
You weren’t placed on this earth to struggle, but to overcome challenges and enjoy this journey called life.
Getting What You Want
Start with your passions
Believe you can and will reach your goals since you know you’re the only one responsible for directing your life. No one else should or can help you.
Create a vision which ignites your enthusiasm
A vision on something you’ve always wanted to be or have. The kind of vision which springs eternal hope while the soul takes flight.
Set your intentions and effort to achieve it
You’ve become responsible for your destiny, as you’ve set the vision for your future, a vision of a better life.
Establishing Goals
Set up small goals by taking “baby steps,” as achieving them will bring you closer to your vision.
Always set goals that will take effort to complete, but not impossible to reach, so you won’t get discouraged and quit.
Write down your vision and then the steps on how to reach them.
Make statements which reflects the positive outcomes as if they’ve already happened, such as. “I’m extremely grateful as I now own my own successful business.”
Never frame it in negative terms, or by wanting that goal.
By “wanting” something, all you’re doing is just confirming to yourself you lack it. Once you have a “want,” what you’re doing is sending a clear message you need it.
So instead, believe that you already “own” it.
