What experts constantly claim is we use less than 10% percent of our brains. So this glob of muscle, our melon, lodged in the skull of our heads, is the most underutilized organ in the human body. Most think it should be used to further capacity.
Would you waste 90% percent of other things? How about if we only spent 10% percent of our salary, as there’s no way we could survive in this world.
How about we just eat 10% percent of the food off our plate, or just breathe 10% percent of our oxygen supply.
So why do we put up with just using 10% percent of our brain. Look at your life and wonder why you’re not living the life you want, this on your terms.
Are you completely happy with what you’ve created, or could you do better. Is there a chance you may be living just 10% of your potential.
What if you could bring your life up to say 70% percent capacity. Most will say that’s impossible, or it’s too hard to do, as they already have a headache.
The reason why we’re using just 10% percent of our brain, is because all we do is just keep repeating the same things over and over again, which is known as a habit.

The past is history, so starting today can be a new beginning. It doesn’t matter what happened previous.
What matters is what happens from this day forward. You just need to believe it’s your subconscious mind that holds the key, and know it can offer you a life of joy and success.
To Train The Subconscious
You can begin by using an extremely easy method, by using your subconscious mind as an alarm clock.
Before going to bed at night, tell your brain what time you want to get up the next morning. Let’s say you want to wake up at 7:00AM.
Before going to sleep, tell your subconscious mind to “Wake me up at 7:00AM,” and while repeating this, visualize a clock on the wall that reads 7:00AM.
To Impress The Mind
The first step to improving your life is by start making impressions on your subconscious mind.
You can do so by making affirmations, along with thinking certain visualizing thoughts.
For instance, say you want to attract more money into your life. Do so by repeating the words, “I am wealthy and successful.” Constantly repeat this throughout the day.
The most effective it’s found is repeating it in the morning once you get up, and then right before you go to sleep.
This is when your mind is in an alpha state. When repeating the mantra, make sure you really mean it by focusing on the words. Never feel like it’s a chore.
This can work for anything. Make sure the affirmations are positive and not stating the negative. Never think, “I’m not that lucky” or “I’m just meant to be poor.”
Instead, think something like “Luck is on my side,” or “Things will always work out in my favor,” or “I’m wealthy and successful.”
If you’re having trouble believing yourself once you repeat it, then alter the words to make them sound more believable. Start easy such as, “I am becoming wealthy.”
To Solve Problems
If you’re needing help with a problem or are in a situation where you need to make a tough decision, and don’t know which is the best for you. Then ask your subconscious for help.
Say you’re contemplating two job offers, the pay is comparable, and you’re having trouble deciding between the two.
Ask your subconscious for help by asking which is the better between the two job offers. Just ask yourself this or any other issue for the solution.
Ask your subconscious mind for help and guidance, in making a decision that’s best for you. Then just continue to do whatever you’re doing, and it will come to you.
Just Wait And Listen
Never force anything or stress about it, and you’ll get the answer. Just get ready for it by being still, wait and listen.
If the answer doesn’t come right away, then that’s okay. It’s searching for the right solution, and it may take a little bit of time.
But be assured the answer will arrive. It could be when you’re eating, sleeping, or exercising. All you need is to just be alert and have your “sense” antenna active.
The answer may arise outside of your life like a sign, or you may read or hear something which enlightens you on what to do.
It will be clear and concise like a bell, and you’ll know. So get ready and mindful about receiving it.
Just be ready for the answer and how to act, which will help you decide, and don’t waver from it.
Just be patient and don’t get frustrated, or think too much about it, as once you do, you’re just delaying the outcome.
