Vertigo is a sensation of dizziness that’s characterized by a feeling the immediate environment is spinning, falling, moving, or tilting, where there’s no actual movement. Severe cases are accompanied by nausea, loss of balance, or temporary hearing loss.

Begin by adding 1 teaspoon of dried lemon balm to a cup of boiling water, and allow it to simmer for up to 15 minutes.
Strain it out, and drink the tea several times a day for a few weeks.
Just inhaling lemon balm oil directly is also helpful, but not recommended for prolonged periods.
6. Valerian

Begin by steeping 1 teaspoon of dried valerian root in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Strain and drink this tea formula up to 3 times a day, for at least three weeks.

Note: Taking valerian for prolonged periods can become addictive.

Begin by boiling 4 basil leaves in 1 cup of milk. First inhale its aroma, then drink this healthy tonic on a daily basis right before going to bed.
Continue to do so for several weeks for best results.
4. Cardamom
What cardamom has is a soothing aroma which offers health benefits similar to ginger, which helps in the natural treatment of vertigo symptoms.

Ginkgo biloba is a traditional medicinal herb from China, which is known to help increase the flow of blood to the brain.
What it’s known for is to reduce the sensation of being dizzy, that’s associated with vertigo.
What’s recommended is taking 120 to 160 mg of the ginkgo biloba extract daily, in 3 doses divided equally, for a period of three months.
What’s proven is there should be a noticeable improvement, anywhere after 8 to 12 weeks.
1. Ginger
Ginger is able to help reduce vertigo symptoms, because what it does is promotes blood circulation to the brain, while relieving nausea.
Ginger is also known to alleviate motion sickness and migraines.
Just chewing on a piece of ginger regularly, can help reduce the symptoms.
Alternately, prepare ginger tea by steeping 1 teaspoon of grated ginger or slices in boiling water for 5 minutes, and then strain.
Sweeten with honey and drink twice a day. Another option is ginger supplements.
