The Need To Learn How To Relax And Let It All Hang Out

Take a look outside all you life worshippers and fun seekers, it’s about time to celebrate. Just let the inhibition down and the anxiety should begin to dissipate. But lately, why do people remain so aloof. Is it because of the guilty pleasure that exists when wanting to have fun in your life.

We live in a society that’s terrified with fright, the self doubt, the lack of drive, the fear of diseases and infections, the list is endless.

But it’s time to relax, as life is a risk filled with chance, while fate steers our lives.

So relax, get groovy, get down and get back up again. Have fun and enjoy the hippy times of our lives.

Sit Back And Relax

Yet you might just sit there quietly with your friends and family, or by yourself, just reflecting on what’s going on around you.

There are a variety of ways to cure stress. A margarita while wearing a straw hat by the pool on a hot day, is one of them.

Your cause might be to rescue orphan puppies, or to save trees. You might feel obliged to assist the aging, support political causes, or apocalyptic religions.

So use your imagination to engage in the physical, mental and spiritual ways of enjoying yourself, while constraining stress, which can educate and enthrall.

What relaxing and chilling out does, is makes living in this world more appealing and justifiable.

Treat Yourself Better

Your smartphone and your laptop are your workhorses, yet they never complain or take a day off. They rarely display emotion, other than the occasional reboot or battery recharge.

They live their lives wirelessly, juiced by alternating current and an “input in, input out” protocol.

We humans however are more cyclic. We get worn down easily, and need to reboot our lives with relaxation and fun activity.

We force ourselves to work 60 hour weeks, but why. My dear human this is a plea, proceed with caution or you might get burnt out.

We have 168 hours of living every week. During this time, what our consciousness does is it flows around a 24 hour clock.

It’s a continuous cycle which makes us tired, excited, predictable, or annoying. All which are biologically determined.

As a result, we people have become a lot more emotional lately, so we need to hit the refresh button.

Lets Get Physical

But relaxing for many isn’t exciting, as there’s a certain stigma attached to it, which is we appear lazy. So many have a need to look busy at all times.

Our bodies are designed to be mobile and should be active as often as possible. We need to move around more, take long walks, go on vacation, work out our mind.

We enjoy nature, but we never have the time to get out there. We love the water and love frolicking in it, but rarely do. We feel invigorated once the sun feeds our skin, but never get outside.

What all these bursts of physical activity does, is they improve our mood and alertness. Yet, we fail to participate.

What we do however, is choose to work longer hours, work on the weekends, stay indoors on the Internet.

Instead, decide to fight adamantly for your freedom, convince your mind you need more downtime.

Supplement this, by going outside and taking as many walks as possible. If that’s not possible, then create a balance by going to the movies, or taking a hot bath to soak the worries away.

Don’t Create Problems Find Solutions

Write down all that’s perplexing you right now. All your problems big or small, and then find the most feasible or economical way to solve them.

This approach which requires cognitive behaviour, is an effective method that’s used for productive corporate problem solving. Because of uncertainty, what we need is better planning.

So when life isn’t working, make it a point to write down what you’re worried about. All the upcoming nuances, and what you can do about them.

Have a plan, or fewer plans, create alternatives. Study and then evaluate and find out what works.

How stress, anxiety and depression afflicts the better of us, is we feel a loss of control.

So it’s up to you to have a plan. Put all these measures into place, then once issues do arise you’ll know exactly what to do.

Then nothing in life, will ever catch you by surprise or off guard.

Get More Social

We thrive and survive by being social, and these times are one of the best opportunities to spread ourselves around. To meet and greet more.

Clinically, it’s our lack of social interaction, which promotes an array of illnesses and disease.

Being alone and solitary, has been associated with increased incidences of cardiovascular issues such as stroke, tumours, and increased moodiness and anxiety.

As we grow older, most of us will begin to live our “second” lives. This means we’ll begin reconnecting with those we’ve known previously from our “first” life.

These are those who we went to school with, worked with previously when younger, and are now reconnecting back with them to reflect. To talk about the good old days.

We Are All Interconnected

There are billions of people on this planet, yet there are only a small handful of people we’ll ever meet. These are the people we’re somehow interconnected with, we’re meant to know in our lives.

This has to be for a reason. We’re somehow fated to meet with these people for an unknown ethereal reason.

These people are our family, friends, coworkers and foes. Every person we’re destined to meet in this world, we will.

So just do your thing, be yourself, stroll your best strut. It’s easier to come out of your shell, in the comfort of those you know.

Know What Your Meaningful Purpose In Life Is

Plan to periodically do things you deem are important in your life. We don’t exist just to regenerate biological substance, but rather we’re creatures brimming with creative ideas.

These are the ideas which propels us forward. It allows us to grow, to provide more meaning, which makes life more enjoyable.

So expand your imagination and engage in the physical and celestial world, by finding ways of constraining anxiety by relaxing. Peace out.
